I am having constant sync issues with my Android Phone (Huawei)
I am following usual support advice (restart the phone, restart Sense, clear cache etc...)
It works then maybe for a day and stops...
Why on earth is so hard for Fitbit to permanently fix this? I own couple smartwatches and bands (different brands: Honor, Huawei, Samsung, Google...) no issues with sync at all (EVER!!) Maybe Fitbit could at least take a look at other companies? How they do it???
Instead of giving us endless same, worthless advice
