I ran at least 15 flights of stairs this morning and Fitbit Sense reported 4.

What gives?

I have the opposite problem. My Sense is tracking stairs that I haven't walked up. My Versa 2 did that also. I have no idea how to fix this problem.

Same thing is happening to me, I go up and down all the time at home and my fitbit is not counting it..

Mine is brand new. Today, it just stopped recording my stairs altogether. I have no idea what's going on with it. But, I'm very unhappy about it.
