App closes down when trying to see training data

ANSWERED

Since the last few days the training data does not work. When I try to enter the details for a training, the app closes down.

When opening the app again to try again, same thing happens.

Has anyone else the same problem?

Hi @Canneloni and welcome back to the forums.

Thank you for your message, and I'm sorry to hear that your app is crashing when trying to see training data.

Could you please confirm your phone's operating system? We had that kind of situation but with iOS users.

This was a known issue for our developers, and they recommended our iOS users to check the App Store for Fitbit app version 4.51.1, which includes the solution to this issue.

@RiekoC I appreciate all the support always given.

Hello @Canneloni

I've seen a few users report a similar issue: the app closes/crashes when they try to open their exercise tile. So far, I haven't seen a Moderator acknowledge this as an issue.

For now, please submit this issue using the Feedback option in the Fitbit app:

  • Tap your picture in the upper right of the Today page in the Fitbit app
  • Tap Feedback in the menu that opens
  • Complete the prompts and submit

The feedback reports go to the team for review.

I will see what I can do to escalate the issue.

Hi,

and thank you for your replies.

It seems I posted in the Android forum by mistake, I have IOS.

But I have now updated the app in App Store and it now works fine again.

Much appreciate this!
