Apps on Sense not opening

When I try to open apps on the watch,  such as exercise,  ecg or settings nothing happens. So for example if I want to chose run in exercise it doesn't come up on the screen.  Any advice welcome!

I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Sense.

 

If you haven't done so, please restart your Watch by following these instructions.

 

In addition, you can set up your Sense as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
