When I attempt to use my FitBit apps, like Alarm, and Exercise on my fitbit sense, rather than showing the app, it just shows the application logo and never launches the app. This is especially annoying for the Alarm app, since I can't modify any of my alarms.
I have reset the watch (multiple times in a row to see if that would help), but it does not seem to help. I can "interrupt" the process by bringing up FitBit wallet, but then the watch seems to show some flavor of test pattern. I can reset the watch and it'll be functional, but the second I try to launch an app, I'm right back in the same place I was before.
This has been going on since the last firmware update, so I was hoping there was some way I could either reload the firmware, or down-rev to the previous firmware. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi there, @fractalfiend. @Guy_ Thanks for your suggestions.
@fractalfiend Thanks for bringing this to our attention and your efforts while troubleshooting your Sense. This is odd and while it's not possible to revert to the previous firmware version, I'd recommend setting up your watch as a new device.
If the issue persists after completing these steps, I'd also recommend contacting our Support team so they can provide you with further assistance. You can follow the steps shared by our friend, or click here to get connected with them via chat or phone.
