Auto-detect exercise not working on Sense

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Besides the frustration of having to "forget the device" multiple times per week, the auto-detect exercise feature is no longer working on my Sense.

It seems the firmware is not developed well. I would expect more from a Google company.

Hi, @UnhappyGA, welcome to the community, may I suggest you review your app settings? From the "Today" screen in your phone app>touch your icon in the top left>Activity & wellness>exercise>touch each exercise, in turn, adjust the "longer than" time, and ensure the slider is in the "on" position and touch "save". When you have checked them all, return to the "Today" screen & sync.

I hope this helps.

Cheers

Thanks for the suggestion, however that has not corrected the problem. But, thanks.

NO exercises are being recognized, even when my workouts are more than double the settings for auto-detecting each exercise. Actually, the "Exercise" metric doesn't appear on my phone app at all. I.e. It does NOT even appear as showing 0 of 6 days (goal).

Hi, @UnhappyGA, May I suggest you reload the exercise app? In your Fitbit app on your phone touch your icon in the top left>"Sense" tile>gallery>Sense>swipe up to exercise & touch>install. Return to today screen & sync by swiping your finger down and releasing. Check to see if it has appeared on your "Sense".

Let us know how you get on.

Cheers
