Automatic Time Zone

I have a Sense. I travel between time zones frequently. Therefore, I like to keep my Sense set to automatically change time zones. But, apparently it turns that option off, on it's own. I'm constantly having to go into the app to change it. I contacted customer service about the issue and was told that if I travel constantly between time zones, that it'll automatically shut itself off. Well, that defeats the purpose. Why even have the option if it isn't going to work?!  And yes, my phone and all updates are current. This is a bug. Why can't it be fixed?

Hi, @Jlee467, welcome to the community, may I suggest you review your Fitbit app permissions? Ensure all are allowed including location and make sure any battery-saving function on your phone is disabled for the Fitbit app as some phones close the app down as "non-essential" to conserve power. Another option for you is to look at the online dashboard top right corner gear wheel > settings >scroll down and select your time zone. I realise this last does not solve your problem but it may offer a more convenient route to reset the time.
