Automatic time zone switch in Fitbit app turns itself off

Auto time zone is broken on the Sense. Even in the Fitbit app when you turn the switch on to automatically switch time zones, it turns itself back off. I've tested it over and over and the Sense will not switch time zones by itself, even with a sync.

Why not just set it manually and forget it?

It's people like you that cause these companies to not try to fix bugs with their products. Active Watch 2 switched time zones with my phone. No sync or anything required. You're suggesting they just leave the bug alone and screw it right? What a dumb comment.

Why not Fitbit fix the bug? It's comments like you just made that let companies slide on fixing their products. Because people like you. Active Watch 2 switched back and forth time zones no problems, no sync required. It changed when the phone did. Not the Sense though. It doesn't work at all. But people like you are absolutely no help to this community. All I have to say about that.

Please pardon me for taking your time.

You're pardoned. Although you wasted your time too because you basically stated forget the bugs on the $300 watch. If it don't work oh well. Why would Fitbit want to fix it with people like you that say things like you said. It's probably a feature you could care less about so it don't matter to you but there's plenty of people that would like their watch to match the tone zone they're in. Especially if you travel a lot. Oops, missed alarm. Watch didn't switch time zones. But no big deal.
