My sense is not charging. I have shut it down and restarted it as well as the app and still the small charge is going down. What can I do?

Seems like others are having this issue as well. How long you had the watch?

I just received it. This was the set-up charging and it has not gone well. Now what?

My fitbit sense charges intermittently. IMHO, the pins on the charger and the holes on the back of the watch are misaligned. I've found that it doesn't matter what plug you use. I'm able to get the watch to charge if I hang the cable from something when it is attached to to watch. Does your watch show the charging green ring when it first makes contact? And then does nothing or flips between the charge screen and your watch face repeatedly?
