I ordered a new band after not being able to find one in local store. It broke. My Fitbit is almost 2 years old. Friday it indicated band will be delivered Monday so I went with it. Now it still says carrier hasn’t picked it up yet! I’ll be shopping for another brand band for now. And then move to a different device if any other issues with product or app.
