My Fitbit wouldn’t charge on weekend then it wouldn’t sync to app

 

Deleted app started again charged yesterday dead this morning so didn’t record sleep charged this morning & it’s dropping rapidly

 

Its sounding like an update problem?!

Effectively its a fault with the IOS Fitbit App.

The workaround for now is to turn Bluetooth off on the phone and to charge and restart the watch.

turned off Bluetooth last night & battery was fine this morning synced fine exercises now won’t sync again!

Thanks for confirming work around is working.

To fix your sync issue on IOS uninstall the Fitbit App and reinstall it and redo all notifications setup.
