Noticed my clock on my Sense wasn’t working a few hours ago. Screen is black. When I clicked “clocks” to try to change the face, after a few seconds, it goes back to the menu. So, I tried “alarms”, “settings”, and “EDA scan” and nothing happens. Any suggestion what to do?

maybe try a soft reboot hold button down for 10-15 seconds don't worry if something like fitbit pay or something else pops up while holding it down just keep holding it until watch goes dark and then the fitbit logo pops back on hope that helps you out.
