Battery drains to fast

Any advice on my battery life would be appreciated. I switched from Fitbit versa2 to the sense that supposed to have 6+ day battery life. With in 48 hours it drains to 7%. It's aggravating especially at work. Drains faster if use it to track a workout. I regret buying it. Loved the battery life on the old versa. Any advice?

Hi @Heather0987 - this is possibly from using more features, such as Snore detection and/or SpO2 tracker app which combined can use upto 4 days alone. For other issues/settings see .How to resolve the Major issues causing short battery life.
