My Fitbit sense has been working like a dream for over a year. I use it every day!
recently, it’s been going dead before the end of the day, and I’ve put it on charge overnight until it says 100%… then after 5 minutes it’s already down to 96%. Half way through my day it goes dead. Why has this happened all of a sudden? The charger is working and says it charges to full but then my watch dies so quickly now. Any help or suggestions please? Thanks!

@chelseymelia93 Welcome to the Fitbit community.
It's either a bad battery already or a syncing/connection drain. You should contact customer support.
My Sense is over a year and a half old and still going strong. Around 4 days on a full charge.

HI @chelseymelia93 - with new versions of firmware and the Fitbit App and clock faces things change, Snore detection [premium users] and SpO2 can use as much as 4 days battery alone, add in all the other items and it can drain quite quickly. Have a look here How to resolve the Major issues causing short battery life.
Also make sure you check the battery level on the watch by swiping the face to the right to get to Quick Settings, it's shown at the top.
