Long time Fitbit user for years, from Versa to Ionic to Sense, goes all the way back to before Google's acquisition.
I've been having charging issue with my Sense watch, "slowly charging" or not charging. The top left pin is slightly shorter hence not charging properly. Support sent me a replacement charging wire and it worked for a while until now. Same issue as before and I'm fed up with getting a new cable. I'm looking for a Sense replacement and wonder if any of you have recommendations. TIA.

Hi @Meinghk - the charging issue is quite common but a few steps may help.
Always clean both parts for charging, using rubbing alcohol.
Always attach the cable to the watch before plugging into the USB port
Always unplug from the USB port before removing from the cable as close to the watch as possible.
Charge as infrequently as possible to avoid excessive wear and tear on the connections.
While it's also possible that there is a watch tolerance issue I have the same cable for over 3 years, but only change about once every 5 days.

Thanks Guy. I did all that and its not improving hence fed up, couldn't bother anymore nor want to experience the frustration. Any advice you have on an alternative device?
