Bitmoji is not working on my Sense

My watch lost its Bitmoji last night.
I tried to reconnect - no joy. Turned everything off and on again. Reinstalled Fitbit app and reset the watch

i the same screen on the watch ‘visit your clock face settings on your phone to connect your Bitmoji via snapchat.
I’ve done that. Snapchat is connected and all apps are latest versions.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here @ailsa321!

Thanks for posting and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to read that Bitmoji is not connecting to your Sense. Feel safe that I know how important it is for you to get Bitmoji working again. I'm happy to help you in any way I can!

To install the Bitmoji clock face, try the following:

  1. With your watch nearby, from the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the account icon then select  your device image
  2. Tap ‘Clock Faces,’ then select ‘All Clocks’
  3. Tap the magnifying glass icon and search for Bitmoji
  4. In the results, tap the Bitmoji clock face result > Select > Install
  5. After the clock face installs, tap ‘Settings’
  6. In the Snapchat Connection section, tap ‘Connect’
  7. Follow the on-screen instructions to log in to your Snapchat account and connect it to Fitbit

After you connect your accounts, your watch downloads a variety of Bitmoji stickers. Keep your phone close to your watch during this process, and make sure the Fitbit app continues to run in the background. If the Snapchat Connection status is stuck at 0%, or you see a message instructing you to make sure your Bitmoji is linked to Snapchat, follow the instructions to link your Bitmoji account with Snapchat.

If you change your Bitmoji avatar’s appearance or outfit, you can update your clock face by tapping Sync Bitmoji in the Fitbit clock face settings. Your watch will then download a new set of stickers.

For more information about the Bitmoji clock face, see Fitbit’s blog post Bitmoji and Fitbit Clock Face Partnership.

I'll be around!

Hi Ailsa, unless the Bitmoji clockface got fixed (very unlikely, considering the state of support nowadays), I don't think it is possible to get it working anymore. I think it kept working for people who installed it a long time ago, but as far as I can tell from these boards, it has been broken for a long time for new installs. I tried extensively to install it and carefully followed all the instructions. So maybe now it is also broken for people who had it installed a long time ago. I could be wrong but I think the moderator just found the old instructions and copy-pasted them here. But I would be delighted if I am wrong about this.
