Hi there.

Anyone else having issues with black screen? Haptic feedback suggests that it is responding to input, but the screen is black. I have reset my Sense several times over, but the issue reappears after a while.

I can bring it back to life easily, but it is a frustrating experience. Just wanted to check if this was a confirmed issue by the Fitbit Dev’s. Searching the forum and I can see that I am not alone.

many things can cause the screen to go black you could of been looking at something on the watch and didn't go back to the home screen when you leave it open to a page on the watch as soon as you set your arm back in relaxed position the screen will go black because it trying to save the page it on.
Also what your settings? do you have screen on always on display? if not then your watch will go dark all the time.
Another things that can cause screen to go black if it getting put into a soft reboot such as your wrist pressing the side button for 10+ seconds or you could be getting cross talk interference that caused by multiple device trying to sync with the watch my laptop causes this why i no longer use the fitbit app on my laptop.

Thanks for your feedback. My settings and usage of the device is the same now as before. It is the device that has changed. I have on occasion caused the device to reboot while in the gym and moving my hand/wrist in certain ways and accidentally hitting/pressing the side button, but this happens even if my arm/wrist is “idle”. It is no big deal. Just curious of others experienced the same.

Thanks for your reply. Much appreciated.
