Hello @Ernestsarb and welcome to the Help forum.  There is no Blood Pressure tile at this time.  Please vote for and leave a comment on this Feature Suggestion.  Hypertension is the silent killer.  I don't understand why this feature hasn't been part of the Fitbit app since day one.
