I had my Sense blue tooth connected but made the mistake of asking my iPhone to Forget Device whjen I tried to switch connections between my iPhone and iPad. Now, I can't get the watch to pair with the iPhone.

Suggestions??

Welcome to the Fitbit community.

Try removing the Sense in the Fit it app and then adding it again.

Hi @OliveO  - make sure your watch is not connected to the iPad, turn off Bluetooth or the device.

  • Logout of the Fitbit App
  • Restart the iPhone and Sense.
  • Login to the Fitbit App
  • Go to the phone home screen without closing the App
  • Click on the sync popup
  • It should pair and link your watch

Bluetooth fixed, Hey presto!

Is the Sense still connected to your fitbit app? It should not be removed.

When changing devices, the easiest thing to do is turn the Bluetooth off on the unwanted device.

Then the fitbit app should be able to sync.

It is not a big deal to tell the phone to forget the device. The next time fitbit app is opened, you will be asked for permission to pair the tracker. Note that pairing is the responsibility of the fitbit app, not the user.
