since yesterday when i do any workout i cant find its data, while everything is okay during the workout!!!

Hi @RandSuleiman - are you sure that you are syncing the watch with the Fitbit App on the phone? The workout may take a while to populate on the phone, so be patient.

Hi dear
ive been using fitbit since 2020 and this is the first time i faced this problem
so if you know a solution or any thing could help me to solve it please let me know
when i finished the workout the screen is givig me only “ not enough data to available”

@RandSuleiman - did you already restart the watch via Shutdown from the watch Settings menu?
Wait at least 10 seconds before pushing the button or placing on the charger to restart it.

@RandSuleiman - Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you do deeper resolutions.
Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
If it is still under warranty, 1 or 2 years depending on country law, and found faulty it may be better to take it to the shop for a new replacement, rather than accepting a refurbished replacement from Fitbit and dealing with sometimes drawn out return and shipping issues that may occur.

What screen is giving this message @RandSuleiman. the tracker, the fitbit app on the phone, or on the website.
Does the data show up in any one of these 3 places?
The data won't show on the tracker instill a full 2-way sync occurs.

@RandSuleiman - the restart won't correct what is past most likely, but may correct the error from happening again.
