I just recently purchased two Sense watches last year one in May and the other one in October. And both of the Fitbit charger prongs went bad. I just came last night from Walmart having to purchase a new charger for my Fitbit. Reading all of these comments on here it's ridiculous that Fitbit are charging us almost $300 to buy these watches and yet the charger are no good they didn't even last 6 months in one case.
Unbelievable that I had to purchase an extra charger to charge my watch! Definitely not buying Fitbit again last time!

Hi @DC0524 the chargers have the same warranty as the device - one year (USA) or two years (some European countries) so get with customer support.
here are the support contacts I've gleaned over the years on the forums.
when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or Twitter works well, too.
