Bought a sense...less

[Ugh....]

So about 4 months ago had some issues with my sense. I also bought a versa 2 for my son which connected fine to wifi and has been working great ever since. However my sense has never worked right out of the box. My app settings have fahrenheit but the sense shows Celsius.the app showes connected to wifi but when trying to use apps like Spotify or just the gallery to change the clock face the sense says "not connected to wifi" but shows connected when I check "connect to wifi". I troubleshoot with tech support resting my router, resetting my phone app, the watch and after some phone calls and chats was responded to in an email "Thanks for letting us know about this issue. We’re aware of it, but may not be able to provide a fix in the immediate future." I have to say I'm just really disappointed

Hi @Ugh....  - your issues are probably resolvable.

Have a look at these 2 posts if you have a recent phone, it is most likely a Private DNS issue.

No internet connection resole this first.
