I've had my Sense since December. So far, I've loved it. Until today.
This thing is DEAD IN THE WATER after it randomly went to the FitBit logo screen and then just shut off. I was at over 90% battery.
I've already tried rebooting it multiple times...now I don't even get the haptic feedback that the watch recognized I was holding the solid state button.
I tried all the tricks - even tried rebooting while ON to charge, rebooted my phone MULTIPLE times...
I had issues that never got resolved with my Aria scale, and now its just a brick...
Someone PLEASE give me some hope this is salvageable, because I can't believe a $300 watch is a piece of junk not even a year in.
The same thing happened to mine, and I just bought it a month ago. Trying to figure out how to contact them directly for a replacement or refund.
Best AnswerHappened to me as well. About 24 to 36 hours after upgrade, My sense was many years old, but I find the timing of this quite curious. Tried all the same tricks as you to get it back to life and nothing. Will have to try to contact Fitbit tomorrow, which will likely be next to impossible!

Hi all, just in case it's a simple case of not charging, do check this link about cleaning and the charge cable, which often is a problem. How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
