I ordered a brand new sense 2 from Amazon and just set it up yesterday. First, it wouldn't charge with my Samsung fast charging block. It just kept vibrating on and off. So I switched it to a regular charging block. Let it sit for 30 minutes. Very little charge. I shut it down from the settings and let it sit for an hour. The battery percentage actually went down!
I contacted customer support and they said, "your battery is at 50% it will last 1.5 days. Here's some tips for prolonging battery life."
This is NOT a solution to a brand new watch not charging. I'm hesitant to reach out to customer support again. The kicker today when I went to turn it back on after attempting to charge it again was it showed the fitbit logo then a big red X. And of course after an hour on the charger it didn't charge.
Do I need to just return it?

Hi @JanieMW - there can be issues with the charge cable and supply see How to check charge cable - Sense/ 2 Versa 4 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
If the watch constantly vibrates while charging there is an issue with the charging that needs resolving. Once sorted and charged try holding the button for 10 seconds again till it vibrates and the logo appears - if you can't get past the red X return it as faulty.
