The SpO2 and Breath trackers worked for 1 day after setting up. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the SpO2 app, installed the Breathe app and Snore tracker, thinking they may help. Last night my BR was 9/min. vs the 20/min.!

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Sense. Thank you for trying to get them resolved before contacting us.
Since some Health Metrics depend on your sleep tracking, if you see a sleep pattern (time spent awake, restless, and asleep) instead of sleep stages (light sleep, deep sleep, and REM), I would recommend visiting this article, open the menu "Why don't I see sleep stages today?" and follow the instructions.
If you are still unable to see your SpO2 readings, please follow the instructions in this article in the menu "Why didn’t I receive SpO2 data?".
In addition, you can restart your Watch by following these steps.
