Bricked!

So it seems that within this past month, something happened with the software or an update from FitBit that has caused my year-old Sense to brick completely. The device has started showing the time (but incorrect), and when I reboot it, it shows NO TRANS and some numbers. If you try to go to Settings, it pops up, nothing there, and goes back to the menu. I did try to pair it, it gives the code but fails. I wish there was a way I could just hook this up to my PC and reflash it...it should not be this difficult.

Hi @adidas374 - your watch probably needs a factory reset, unless it developed a fault, such as water getting in.

You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support for help with that.

Whoa, what the hell is going on? It’s no secret that fake news has a huge impact on society. Lazy Penguins put it best in this https://lazypenguins.com/the-impact-of-fake-news-on-society/ article. In a world full of information, it’s important to be aware of what we’re consuming and sharing. Let’s be responsible consumers of information and do what we can to stop the spread of disinformation.

Well, my water-resistant watch did get submersed, so that is probably the issue.
