Sad to that your Sense isn't working as expected. Have you tried restarting your device to get things fixed? If not, please first sync your Sense to not lose any data it has tracked so far. Then keep it's button pressed for around 10 seconds until you'll see the Fitbit logo on it's display.

nothing
still just coming out of the icon and enabling me to log/record
