Cleaned the charging surface with alcohol as suggested. Also cleaned the charger with alcohol pad. Work once but the next day it failed to charge.

Since yesterday my Sense 2 will not charge. When I coupled it with the charger there was no vibration. Now it is totally out of battery. I also cleaned both the face and charger. I ordered a new charger this morning, hopefully this is the problem. Own this Sense2 only a month after the first one never worked.

In the end it appeared that my Fitbit had shut down over night without reason. Pushing the reset button 10 seconds showed the Fitbit logo. So a reset appeared to be the solution. After that the charger worked again. A new charger wasn't needed after all.

@lgeres We‘re taking into consideration your comments and sentiments with regards to our products and services.
Thanks for your question about why we offered a discount towards a new Fitbit product instead of a replacement of your existing Fitbit product. Our limited warranty provides repair or replacement of products that have a defect while still in the warranty period. Since your device was out of the warranty period, and therefore was not eligible for repair or replacement, we wanted to offer you a discount to thank you for your loyalty to Fitbit.

I checked my charging cable and one of the 4 prongs was depressed (bent) so not making contact. Bought a new charging cord and works fine

Why would prongs become depressed? I have the same problem. Purchase a new charger? Wow, what next?
