My Fitbit sense and my built-in Alexa stopped connecting. It now says unable to connect when I try and reconnect them. I can't tell if it's the Sense, the Fitbit app, Amazon, or the Alexa app. It's even gone backwards and selected Google Assistant, and I can't undo it because I can't get built-in Alexa and Sense to connect again.

I placed a ticket about this problem several days ago and have since been chatting with various support agents. They're shooting in the dark, and even sent me an "instructions link" back to the manual. They didn't understand that we got an error message. My last resort, according to the latest suppport agent, is to do a factory reset. I still don't know if that will work.
Update: Nope, factory setting didn't solve this problem.
