Button stuck inside? - Fitbit Sense

My new sense watch button is stuck inside the watch. Any thoughts/ advice. Or do I need to bring the watch back. Watch only 1 month old.

The Sense button is meant to be indented.  It is not a "button" that pushes in or out; it is touch-sensitive.  I suppose being slightly indented is to keep it from being accidentally activated by touch.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Welcome to the Fitbit community.

As @JohnnyRow said, that indent is meant to be there and has always been since the day you got it. There isn't an actual physical moving button on the Sense. It's similar to Apple's trackpad or iPhone taptic touch (if you ever used either) where the vibration motor simulates a push.

How did you fix yours? Mine is the same way.

Tara can you help me? Mine is doing the same thing yours did.

JohnnyRow, is there any way you can tell me how to fix mine? I am having the same problem. It will not come on and it will not charge.

Do you know where I can send it back for a refund?

As @eezeepee and I noted above, and @Tara9 seemed to acknowledge, thee is nothing to fix.  The "button" is touch-sensitive rather than pushing in and out.  Please re-read my post above.

I realised that I needed to change my charger and it then worked for me! The solution is often so simple.

@eezeepee @JohnnyRow Thanks for your help. Greatly appreciated. @Tara9 Welcome to the forums. I am glad to read everything is sorted out.

@Janeegurl Welcome to the forums. I will gladly help you get your Fitbit Sense running again. Please note that the actuator on the side is not a regular button. This will not physically move. As mentioned above, it is touch sensitive. On the other hand, I recommend you take a look at the following article: Why isn't my Fitbit device charging? - click here. Here you find different tips for this scenario.

Have a nice day!
