And this is it.

Since the sense became a watch as I couldn't trust the thing to track (especially floors - a problem reported by loads of people)...

I'm out.

I've had 8 different varieties of fitbit p er the years and watched as customer service deteriorated as price increased.

No more.

Samsung now have my money.

I hope your Samsung provides what you are looking for.
