OK... seriously this is driving me nuts! I have done everything previously stated. I tested it.. and it worked for ONE CALL and that was it. I have now got it to the stage where if I call my phone from another, the number shows on my Sense for ONE RING only and then goes back to displaying the time. I then get a missed called notification on my Sense when I hang up. I have attached screenshots from my phones bluetooth and my Sense setup in the Fitbit app. What am I missing?does not always show connected to input device
currently what the bluetooth on my phone is showing. 1 ring is all I get on my Sense
full photo says can't connect to Sense control
I have been trying to figure this out for the last 2 days.

All the toggles you show on the screenshot from your phone's "Settings" need to be turned on and the Fitbit app needs to be running in the background.
Also, please check that your Fitbit app and your phone are both updated.

Hi @71MissLee - it seems there may be a syncing problem.
Make sure there are no Bluetooth entries for the watch on any other devices.
Most likely the notification for the call doesn't require Sense Controls only the actual call does.
Remove the Bluetooth entries from your S10 and logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone and watch.
Login again and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync. If it won't sync click profile photo and "+ Set up a Device" and replace and sync.
Then proceed to setup on wrist Calls again so that you can take a call.

Check all the quite modes settings on your Fitbit. It fixed my notifications issue, hope this helps!
