Hi,

 

Fitbit customer support is just telling me that users that didn’t purchase Sense with 6 months free Premium directly from Fitbit can not get advertised free trial for the Calm app? Is this possible? I bought my Sense ( w/ 6m Premium included) via Amazon, and because of that i cant use Calm for free as well? As advertised, again.
