About 2 months ago I purchased a Fitbit Sense. Before that I have been using the Charge 2 for a couple of years. From one day to another the calorie count seemed completely off. Normally my Fitbit measured between 2000-2500 calories per day but suddenly it was only half of that. When I check, the measured heartrate seems to be ok. I contacted the shop where I bought my Fitbit Sense and in the mean time I have sent my watch back to them for repair. However I reinstalled my Charge 2 now and this watch suddenly seems to experience the same problem now?! Does anyone know a solution? Or is there a bug in a recent software update or something? I can't seem to find anything about this problem yet...

Check if your weight is the same, I suspect it might have changed for some reason.
