Just received my Sense yesterday and cannot install a clock face, frequently shows as synced in the app but not on the Sense AND the app is also unable to log into Amazon!?!?!???? So, the Alexa feature is also currently useless.
I've tried everything that every moderator has suggested in every support forum for these same issues across ALL Fitbit products.
You'd think that by now, Fitbit could manage to roll out a product that actually works instead of allowing issues to persist and be recycled across all products.
It's pretty pathetic that the Chinese knockoffs work far better and have all of the same features for as little as $20.
Their apps aren't half bad either.
But I though I'd give the Sense a try and so far, I'm pretty sure it's getting returned as a dud, 1-star piece of garbage.
Maybe Google can replace the staff, train them or actually hire people who use the products they make???
I cannot believe that anyone uses these products and finds these recurrent issues okay.
If I was affiliated with Fitbit, or Google at this point, I'd be embarrassed to roll out bug-laden product after product, especially at these ridiculous prices... especially when the Chinese companies can not only clone the product, but actually fix it so that their knockoffs are superior.
Can't believe I bought into the Fitbit hype, again.
