To try to put in terms Fitbit probably cannot, not being medically approved for Sleep apnea diagnosis,

keeping in mind this is variation, not absolute values, your chart is good, all being  in the "Low" range.  If you had sleep apnea, you would see frequent values in the "High" range.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
