Why sometime my watch doesn't count my floor? Sometime it's 1 floor, sometime it's2 floor  and from the basement I'm living on the 3rd floor.  I Don't understand why.

HI @mambo44  -  the algorithm for counting floors is based on several factors, such as arm movement, height between floors, how you walk up the stairs, etc. You many not always get the same result.

Thank you Guy for your prompt answer. It's because I was Holding the
stairs railing as I'm 77 years old women. I Just want to be safe. Today it
was working . It count 9 floors. I like so much my watch. Fth fitbit sense
is very good.
