For several days now I am unable to see or edit my goals for steps, sleep, etc. in the “You” section it says “Something went wrong. Unable to load your goals”. I’ve checked for updates(I’m current), I’ve hard closed the app, restarted my phone all to no avail. What’s going on? Any others with this problem?

I just checked, under the activity section, I was able to click and change each goal (Android app), will test my Apple app soon, will update later. YMMV

Thanks…my app does not allow the Activity section to show individual goals. I have the Sense and firmware and app all are up to date. Annoying problem that probably came from the last app update.

Hi there, @SirRudy and @Keffria. @Jdsenter Thanks for your help!
@SirRudy and @Keffria Thanks for sharing these details with me. I wanted to let you know that this issue with the goals screen not showing up was escalated to our team for further investigation. They're currently working to get this fixed and once we have more news, we'll update this thread.
I appreciate your patience and in the meantime, I'd suggest keeping the Fitbit app updated and your Sense syncing.

Me too. Hourly activity is grayed out on the main page but the weekly table shows current hourly activity. Another bug introduced in the last update.

Hi there, @Keffria and @SirRudy.
Thanks for the additional information. I've informed our team that the Hourly Activity Goal tile is also experiencing this issue, and they're working hard to get this fixed for all our members.
Rest assured that this thread I'll provide updates on this thread as soon as we have more information.

I’ve been facing the same problem of error loading goals on the you tab. Tried restarting the Fitbit sense and logging out of account but nothing seems to work from past week.
Any resolution to resolve this goal reminder glitch will be very helpful.

That’s the problem I noted in my earlier post. It’s even dropped my sleep schedule from Goals! Shouldn’t be this hard or take this long to get this fixed. All was fine until the recent app update…clearly not tested well enough at all!!

It does make me wonder! Surely the easiest way once live is to have the app running on iOS and android as a user and see what happens as a final check. At least then a message to users with estimated fix time would show some responsibility for their ‘improvements’

Not that I know of. My first post was on 4/25 and nothing has changed. Quite annoying!
