For several days now I am unable to see or edit my goals for steps, sleep, etc. in the “You” section it says “Something went wrong. Unable to load your goals”. I’ve checked for updates(I’m current), I’ve hard closed the app, restarted my phone all to no avail. What’s going on? Any others with this problem?

Yes it is.
🙏🙏🙏
That worked for me too. Sense on iOS. Removed the app, reinstalled it, shutdown my Sense, restarted it, then logged into app and goals were back. Should have tried that 2 weeks ago!
Thanks for sharing. It worked for me as well after deleting and reinstalling the app. Also I restarted my FITBIT Sense.

Hi everyone, and welcome to our new members.
Thanks for your continued reports, I'm glad some of you sorted this out. I understand how frustrating this has been for you and I apologize for this inconvenience. As I mentioned before, our team is aware of this situation and they're currently working to get it resolved.
In the meantime and just in case you haven't done so, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app on your phone. Then check if you can see or adjust your goals on the Fitbit app.
What seems to work is to uninstall the Fitbit app, reinstall it, shutdown your device, restart it, and finally sign in to your account. This worked for me with my iOS Sense. All the goals returned. Good luck!
I sure understand the frustration. It took awhile but there does seem to be an approach that has worked for some of the people on this thread..
1. uninstall the Fitbit app
2. reinstall the app
3. shutdown and restart your device
4 log back in to your account and goals should be back
Thus worked for me and others. I have the Sense on iOS. I’m not sure if it works on all the other Fitbits out there. Good luck.
Awesome!!’ Worth a shot! Thank you.
Hi Sheryl,
I unpaired the device, unisnstled then reinstalled the app and then repaired the Fitbit and it's all good now.
Try that and see how you go.

@dougieboy because it's been a while since you posted, please follow the suggestions shared above and try editing your goals one more time. Don't hesitate to let me know how it goes, as this will help me to keep our team informed of this situation.
