Can't activate notifications tab on my Sense

I am unable to activate my notifications tab on my Sense when I touch it. 

Any suggestions to fix this problem?

If you mean the Notification setting in the Fitbit App won't open you need to uninstall and reinstall the App for IOS or  for Android

 

In Android phone Settings *

Apps

Fitbit

Storage - clear cache [not data]

Force Fitbit shutdown

[though it doesn't seem to fully]

Log back in to the Fitbit app

 

*Quick Shortcut: Press and hold the Fitbit launch icon, then App info [on some phones]

 

If you want to see the Notifications on the Sense itself you need to pull down from the top edge.

 

If that is not working Shutdown the watch [from Settings] and then start the watch by touching the button a few seconds, till it vibrates or logo appears..

@CanadianJake - Which phone do you have? Please check here to see if your phone is supported and if you have the correct OS or iOS update on your phone. That page also has some good troubleshooting suggestions.
