Today I wanted to adjust my notifications. But when I press the button notifications nothing happens (and I cannot adjust my notifications there)
. I restarted the app, watch, and phone and disconnected the Fitbit from my phone. Nothing works. Anyone have an idea? Because this is a bit inconvenient

Happening to me also- really frustrated because it was the reason I bought the watch. I contacted support and they said it was a known issue and would be fixed in a week or so. I don’t know if I fully believe that.

I'm getting text notifications on my fitbit but when I touch the screen to open it nothing opens. Very frustrating! I hope they fix this. Like others, this was one feature I was really wanting.
