Can't change my clock face using Sense

I have rebooted the watch. I have confirmed connections. I have confirmed everything sync's fine. Anytime I try to change a clockface, I get a large red X.

Thanks for letting me know about this situation when trying to change your clock face of your Sense.

I recommend you to restart your Sense and then follow the steps in this article to change your clock face, Let me know how it goes once you've done it, please.

Hi @Halftriangle - there are 3 ways to change a clock face, Which one isn't working and what does it do?

  • Long gentle press on the watch face, 
  • Swipe the watch face left and tap on the Clocks app,
  • In the Fitbit App, Gallery tile, select a different or load a new face and sync.

Hello Cris,

I rebooted the watch. I read the instructions as requested. I chose the clock face I wanted (chose a few to ensure not an issue with the clock). I installed the clock face and see it fully complete on the phone. Sense watch wakes up, shows the big red x and nothing else happens.
