Can't connect Sense with One plus 7 pro

Hi! I just bought the fitbit sense and have been trying to set this up on my Oneplus7 pro (Android 11 version). Unfortunately, I am unable to download the fitbit app from the google store to my phone. It downloads to 81% and then indicates that download is not possible. I have used the entire day to figure this out but unsuccessfully. Does anyone have a fix for the issue?

It has to do with your phone connection not your fitbit. I would reboot your phone and try again.  Also, are you on bluetooth or wifi?
