I go to Bluetooth on the Samsung S20 Plus and Click on Sense. It tells me "An app is needed to use this device."
Also when on the Sense and try and connect to my Samsung Buds Plus, it will not find them. It will find my super cheap BT buds that cost about 15 bucks.
If anyone can help that would be great.

Also I can't get the FIND MY PHONE feature to work.

Yes, clicking the watch from within the phone's Bluetooth menu will tell you to use the Fitbit app (that's the expected behavior).
Unlike the Versa 2, where they explicitly state that you can pair Bluetooth headphones to the watch, the Sense and Versa 3 do not state that they support this feature. Have you paired those cheap buds, and heard music through them?

I stand corrected on connecting Bluetooth headphones, regardless of the lack of clarity on their website for the Sense and Versa 3. I was able to pair my Sony WH-1000XM4, but I haven't verified that I can hear music through them just yet.
Regarding the "FIND MY PHONE" feature not working, I had that issue with my Versa 3 yesterday and turns out it wasn't syncing, period.....no stats, no notifications, nothing. This is an age-old issue with Fitbit, and it drives me bananas.

Thank you for helping.
Yes I can hear music through the cheap BT earbuds.
I hope Fitbit can solve this soon or I will return the Sense in a heartbeat...
