Can't control Deezer from Sense

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have had my Fitbit sons for three days now. The first day I set it up, I downloaded the Deezer app onto my phone. I have a Samsung S8. I was able to start the music playing on my Deezer app on my phone and I was able to control it by pressing play and pause, go to the next song, go back one song all from my Fitbit sense. Now every time I open up my Fitbit sense it says "no headphones or speaker connected". But I'm not trying to listen to music through my watch. I'm trying to listen to it through my phone but control it with my watch like I could the first day. For some reason it's stopped working. For some reason it's stopped being able to control the music on my phone through my Fitbit sense. I have googled this until I'm blue in the face and I can't figure out what's going on.

Does anybody have any suggestions as to what's going on with this and how to fix it?

Note: I have prepared an unpaired my watch twice now with my phone and it's still not working. Everything else is working fine.

I have already read this article and done what it told me to do. It's not changing a darn thing. It keeps telling me that I don't have a Bluetooth device connected to listen to my music with. Keeps telling me I need a Bluetooth headset. Since when. My diesel and Spotify apps were working fine through my Fitbit sense and the music was playing through my phone and my wired headsets. Because I don't have a Bluetooth set of earphones. I don't want a pair because I'm always losing them. So why would my diesel and Spotify app on my Fitbit sense work for literally only a couple of hours after I got my Fitbit and connect with my phone and play the music through my phone and not anymore. It just suddenly stopped working. I can't figure this out. I have literally spent days on Google researching this issue and everything I am finding isn't fixing this issue.

Thanks for your response, @JenniferHS.

For Android devices it is required turning on "Bluetooth Classic" to control music on your phone, this feature is different than the regular Bluetooth. Please visit this article and open the menu "How do I control music playing on my phone with my Fitbit device?" and follow the instructions.
