Hi there, @Mannbrad. Welcome to the Community Forums.

To better assist you, I'd like to ask you if besides the red bard you see an error message on the Fitbit app? May I know the model and OS/software version of your phone?

In the meantime, I'd suggest to the following steps:

  1. Remove the Sense from the Bluetooth settings on your phone.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Restart your watch.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  5. Once it appears as connected, try installing the clock face or apps making sure it's one at a time.

Try to clear cache and force stop the App to clear it.

On the watch change to a different clock face and try again. It could be the current face has an issue and can't be stopped so the new one can't load.

It's important the watch is connecting well with the app.
