I Sent this on twitter also, so I don't know what's going on.
Windows 10 / Google Chrome (no script blockers active on the site). I go in add to cart the cord I wanted for my fitbit sense. Fill out name/address cc# etc... but after validating it all including shipping details, the Place Order button never lights up.
Chrome Console is filled with Red Errors:
It's frustrating enough to suspect I need a new cord for a device I've only had since march. (cause it doesn't seem to charge, may not charge, because of another failure on a device), but can't even buy a first party charging cord to verify its not just the cord due to web errors.

HI, @Veretax welcome, I think your best way forward is to talk to "Customer Support" again, using the chat facility or phone for a prompt response. The community can and will advise you about device problems but we are not "Fitbit". I for instance am one of a number of "Community Council" volunteers and am not employed by Fitbit.
I hope you can get the cable you need, it's certainly covered by the warranty with many reports of failures. There are lots of posts about the 4 pins and cleaning the back of your "Sense", you should also be aware of Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
