Fitbit not working

My sense is not working. I updated, and it stopped working. Telling me in every language to download the Fitbit app to get started... My sense has worked fine for almost a year. Unexceptionable.

Hi @Whead1 - try in the Fitbit App, click profile photo and "+ Set up a Device" and replace - it seems it got factory reset and will need setting up again as when you got it.
