Can't set up my Sense

After not using my sense for a long time i can't connect, can't update. I tried hard reset, and also tried disconnect from fitbit app and when i try to set up every time i get error message.

Let me help you setup your Sense. Thank you for the troubleshooting you have already tried.

Make sure that you meet the requirements to properly setup your device to your mobile's fitbit app. Those can be found in our help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? > Requirements.

In addition I invite you to take a look at the troubleshooting steps suggested in the same article.

I meet all the requirements, i can't connect to my fitbit and can't update firmware. I tried my previous phone and my new phone same thing, also tried another google account, nothing

If you have followed all the troubleshooting suggested and you still are unable to link your Sense to your mobile even to another compatible mobile device, my best advice from here, would be to contact our customer service support. They count with better resources to assist you and to investigate more in depth. I appreciate your time in this process.
