I find it very much regrettable that my fitbit sense is capable to monitor the spO2 levels but I cannot access it because I live in north Africa. 

I would like to know if there is any way to fix that and use my watch to its full capabilities.

Hi @Massy.G .  This regional access exists because SpO2 is a medically regulated feature.  It is my understanding that you can get access to this feature if you use a VPN and use a location where it is available.

 I have no personal experience with this.
